I am a size 14 with a size 16 mummy tummy so wanted this to help me lose excess water in this area. I do sweat loads in a work and have been using these tops for over a month 4 times a weeks and not changed dramatically. Comfortable fit and doesn’t roll up, I purchased a XL for a size 16. I have changed shape rather then lost weight on the scales but not enough to change a dress size just yet. I wore it for the first time yesterday under my uniform at work and it was very comfortable and gives a bit of back support too which is good. The more you move, the more you sweat! It doesn't leak through onto clothing, you just feel wet under the vest that's all. For ladies with a waist that comes in a bit but hips and a tummy that come out...note that the vest only goes down to level with the hip bones so it may not entirely cover the tummy area. Getting on and off isn't too bad, it's like a wetsuit so a bit firm but it's not too much of a hassle. I'm a size 14 and opted for a Large, fits well. Any smaller would, I think, be too tight and uncomfortable. There is a slight wetsuit smell but it's not too overpowering.
