There are so many ways they can be used and my children find them lots of fun! They are recommended for 5+ but I have bought for my 3 year old to use with supervision so we can measure and build things together. They're definitely a valuable tool to have in any household or education establishment and worth the money for sure!

A: Twinkl has a wealth if resources.

**Q: are they suitable for a 4 year old?**
A: Ages 5 and above, but not for 3 and under. I'm afraid a 4 year old is in that void of uncertainty with these cubes.... lol

Excellent. We've been homeschooling for 3 years, and have used these in multiple lessons, in multiple ways, with multiple children, across multiple year groups, and they still look as good as when we bought them.
