I decided to take a chance on this mattress as all of Leesa's marketing advertises a 100 night sleep trial. Having had the mattress for a couple of months now both my wife and I have found the mattress to be extremely uncomfortable and are waking up with back pain every morning. Neither if us are overweight or in bad health and in our 30s and 40s. Turning over on this mattress also feels like an effort, its far too soft.Having just contacted Leesa to arrange a return I've been advised that they don't handle returns by Amazon and I'm now outside of Amazon's return window which would have only accepted an unopened or defective return anyway. So I'm now out of pocket £600, money I didn't have to waste, for a mattress that we can't sleep on.Why if Lessa offer the trial does it not apply to mattress sold via Amazon, are Amazon not a reputable retailer?
