I would think the purported health benefits are largely due to whatever caretenoids/chemicals from the original seeds cause this colour. In addition, the bottle glass is dark green which I’m told is indeed important in protecting such oils, especially given that pumpkin seed oil is one of the most perishishable oils with its high concentration of polyunsaturated fats, as opposed to monounsaturated fats.All in all, super fast delivery, great taste, great colour, great bottle, and great value (around £10), in spite of not carrying the many certification seals other pumpkin seed oils carry. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars You have to try this oil, its fantastic! *by H***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 December 2017* Heard about this oil from Austrian friends and they usually have it sent from Austria. In each case the cap rotated but would not free from the seal. I used a sharp knife to separate the cap which was not ideal.
