I press it against my nose then I do my forehead and then the rest of my face. I DONT WASTE ANY OF THIS STUFF... while my face is drying I use the wipes under the bottom of my feet and rub it on the palm of my hands until the wetness from the wipe is more or less gone. After that I put my feet up, watch tv till it all drys. One side effect I find is that its makes me wanna itch parts of my face. I tend to just lightly tap that part of my face or use my facial muscles to move my face :D Once it drys I got off to bed. It last the whole week for me. No sweating when I get on the bus or train which is so so amazing, just no sweating at all. It helps my feet issue also, I can wear my heels without my feet getting sweaty and slipping down. I'd never heard of this product before, so decided to give a try, based on positive feedback from other buyers. I followed the instructions and applied the wipe to a dry and clean skin, just before going to bed. I felt slight tingling sensation when applying the product, but no pain or discomfort during or after. The product has a unique chemical smell, though it isn't strong and doesn't stay on for long. And the product does work - the next day and for at least the next week I did feel dryer and less smelly. This lasted for around 7-10 days, at which point I feel like I need to apply another wipe. All that said, the price is a BIG turn off, you only get 8 Wipes in the pack - this is not a good value for money.
