I have quite oily skin and worried I may end up with a shiny face?** A: Personally I would say no as I have oily skin and it seems fine on my skin. Not shiny at all. **Q: I'm quite pale, I was just wondering if its too dark for pale skin?** A: Ive got a medium toned skin, I got this one because I didnt want too sharp a contour. I would say this is perfect for fair skin completely. :) **Q: What shade would be suitable for Indian skin tone which is on the light side?** A: If you're light skin tone then this should be fine for you. If your slightly darker tone then best to get universal. **Q: Does it come with instructions on how to apply** A: I am not 100% sure because I purchased a long time ago, however, if it doesn't you can always go on youtube and search contouring, it will show all the places in which to apply the contour shade and the highlight. You can also look up diagrams on the internet! In my experience, I just apply my contour first and glide the stick under my cheeckbones, down the sides of my noes and along my jawline, then I highlight the center of my forehead, my chin, and cheekbones, i prefer to blend it with a foundation brush, however I am sure a sponge would work just as well x hope this helps! The contouring shade looks just right on my pale skin and shows enough for a good overall effect, without being too dark. It's a tad warmer shade than other contouring products on the market, but by no means orangey looking. The stick shape makes this product so easy to apply exactly where you want to, it makes for a perfect contouring set for beginners or people who find contouring intimidating. After drawing the product onto my skin, it allows for enough time to blend it seamlessly with a contouring brush or fingers. I tend to use the Real Techniques Duo Fibre Contouring Brush, which works really well with it. The highlighting end of the NYX Wonder stick is subtle and more neutral in warmth making it suitable for most skin tones and also low on shimmer. Once applied it gives a subtle lit-from-within effect without looking too obvious. The lasting power is very good and I don't find I need to touch up my make up during the day. Overall I think this is a top product, so easy to apply and control it's almost fool-proof. Most days I tend to contour the hollows of my cheeks and on the other edges of my forehead and chin. On days I have more time or for more put together looks I use it for subtle contouring of my nose. As I have combination skin, I tend to use the highlighter mainly on the tops of my cheeks and sometimes on the bridge of my nose. For the price, this is an outstanding product that delivers on all levels.
