Review: Perfect for cheap storage - Having looked at a number of storgae options for my flour, sugar, rice etc, I stumbled across these, which are advertised for preserving etc. They were significantly cheaper than any of the other storage options I lookes at, and do a fantastic jobn. I put them in the dishwasher first, which I wouldn't recommend, as it takes the galvanised bit off the metal - however they still look great and work well, and couldn't be more suitable for my storage needs. I bought a few different sizes, they are all fantastic, and saved me nearly half the cost of the actual storage jars I looked at

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good jar - but lid difficult to fasten

Nice jar. Lid is very stiff to do up. Actually too stiff for me! I hope that it will loosen a little with time. Obviously this means the jar has a good seal - but I am not a weak person and the spring fit cannot be completed by me with the jar simply stood on the table.to do it up I have to tilt the jar to allow sufficient pressure to be put on the clip - this risks spilling the contents of the jar.
