It arrived in a nice black presentation box embossed with the Ninasun logo and gold inlay. Inside the box is the necklace mounted on a black velvet feel card and a small cleaning cloth. First impressions were excellent. This pendant necklace is very simple in design. It consists of a single Swarovski crystal and a sterling silver chain. The crystal is elliptical with a hole through the centre where the chain runs through. The crystal is multifaceted and reflects light in many colours even under poor lighting conditions. In bright light it positively glimmers. It should match just about any outfit as it will adapt to the colours the lady is wearing. Size wise, it measures about half an inch (1.2cm) at its maximum diameter. The chain has fine links. It can be adjusted from around 45cm to 51cm in length. Its made from 925 sterling silver hence the purpose of the little cleaning cloth. Sterling silver has a small amount of other metals added to the silver to give it strength. This also helps to stop oxidisation (or tarnishing) of the silver and usually a little wipe with the cloth will restore the natural shine of the silver.
