You have to keep on pulling either the cable or the plug in and out until it "unsticks". I just could not go through the nausea of having to return it. I keep it on the blue or red mainly as they are lovely colours. I do feel that Amazon supplies a lot more products that are not up to standard these days and I don't believe that they really need the money!
