A: Hello, I'm sorry to have misunderstood my statement. I mean our paper is not fluorescent, so it's not as white as writing paper because it's safe enough to be used as food grade paper. Wood pulp is bleached before it is made into paper. Our paper is FDA certified and safe to use.I will revise my previous statement. Thank you very much for your question.

Carolyn Ketchum’s cookbooks are the VERY best! Gave away or sold all my other keto cookbooks. Really. Her recipes NEVER fail IF you read the entire recipe and follow her instructions. She leans toward all erythritol, which I don’t really care for, but some things MUST be sweetened with it or fail. I have all of her printed cookbooks and all in spiral except for the last which isn’t available in spiral. Because I use them daily and my blood sugar numbers are going down due to eating keto now I have great recipes to choose from. Recipes are usually pretty easy and straightforward, too. I’m no chef or baking pro, but her recipes make me look like I am!
