I am diabetic and keeping my blood sugar at a normal was very hard. I have tried other methods unfortunately with little or no change. I was determined to find a remedy for this. I was in a investigation survey for gut bacteria and diabetes as the health board are looking at how this can help diabetics. Since taking these tablets at first there was no change after a while I noticed I had more wind than was normal, then the bloating in my stomach was so much better, it really was feeling good. The wind has reduced and I am having rumbling in my stomach even after a large meal about an hour later I am starting to notice that this is getting less and less as the days go by.
