Nonetheless, I became quite desillusioned when I received them AND tested them. First, these glitter eyeliners are really small as opposed to the elongated ones I saw on the picture. Secondly, those eyeliners look like they were created with a kind of translucid Elmer Glue and nail glitters. I put some of the red glitter eyeliner. What a surprise when I noticed that once dry, and after applying my makeup setting spray, it " desintegrated "! Some of this red glitter eyeliner quit my eyelid and made their way to my eye circle....I decided to scratch what remained on my eyelid : I ended up rubbing a thin layer of translucid Elmer glue-like and nail glitter between my fingers ! Thirdly, the eyeliners' applicator sucks ! You can hardly draw a precise straight line or just drawn anything with them : they are too soft ! An eyeliner applicator needs a little bit of rigidity in order to draw with it. Fourthly, those glitter eyeliners are too translucid. I wish you good luck if you want it to pop ! You will need some layers on some layers to make it happen !To make it short, if you expect such cosmectic products ; if it is your first time experiencing with makeup, I advise you with my heart of heart to buy those eyeliners.
