This is firm and looks like the tip of a fine, good quality fibre tip pen. At first attempt, even with my rubbish hands, I got a perfect line! Perfect precision for those sultry cats eyes, and beautifully black. Goes on smoothly, even if your eyelids are no longer just as smooth as they used to be....
