If that means they need to buy legitimate PRC 200s direct from Tissot then they should do it and send them to all customers who bought a fake. It also begs the question, are desertcart recalling these watches. How many unsuspecting customers are walking about with fake desertcart Tissots on their wrist?! I think we need to be more vocal with desertcart and not just accept a refund. We bought a watch from desertcart in good faith and I think they have a duty to provide the goods we bought (at the advertised price). I felt so strongly about the issue that I emailed desertcart UK's CEO (cnorth@desertcart.com or managingdirector@desertcart.co.uk) and got a stock reply from one of his minions thanking me for drawing it to their attention! The real question is, how deep does this go? In the past I would think nothing of buying online from desertcart as I trusted them implicitly - there was no possibility, in my mind, that desertcart could sell counterfeit goods. However, my recent experience has shown desertcart to be as fallible as any other retailer. Of course, if anything did go wrong, you could always rely on desertcart's industry leading Customer Service. That, too, seems not to be the case anymore. They don't seem to be interested in doing right by their customers. OK, we get offered a refund, but we bought the watch at that price because it was a good deal - desertcart should be held accountable and honour it. To all those that ordered recently and think they got a genuine PRC 200 - I would seriously recommend you go to your local jeweller and check it agains the real thing. I did, and desertcart's Tissot falls short in all areas.
