It does clean very, very well. I cleaned three year old tires that had never been treated or cleaned on that side. This rubber and tire cleaner works incredibly well by removing any grime, mud and pretty much anything that stuck on the tire with ease. Also one of my favorite things about this product you can actually see it working pulling nastiness off the tire almost like the wheel cleaner does. Its safe for the paint so you dont have to worry if you get it on the paint and you dont have to use half a bottle to get the full cleaning power so good value. I'd still suggest to buy the gallon bottle and brush combo since you will use a lot of this product especially if you have larger truck tires and weather tech floor mats or any kind of rubber mats for that matter.
