All thought has gone into this product - from the aesthetics (the brushed metal facial looks perfect in the living room cabinet I converted) to the function (it keeps the temperature at a steady 31 degrees) to the components (includes templates for accurate hole cutting and both screws and bolts for different materials). Before I installed this extractor fan the BluRay player, the Humax and Panasonic disk recorders, the Roku and the BT YouView box pumped out heat in the enclosed wooden cabinet which required the doors to be left open in the summer. Now I have yet to see the temperature rise above 32 degrees. And an alarm will sound if it does! The one I bought came with a US plug which is hardwired to the fan controller. Terrific kit. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great well thought out product *by A***R on 22 March 2017* I don't often leave a review but had to for this. The quality is great, it feels sturdy and the brushed aluminium gives a nice finish. It's modular in design for adding more fans. The fan has a male and female adapter so more can be chained in if needed. If you need to cut into a surface to mount either the fan or control unit it comes with templates for marking out the recess and bolt holes. All of the cables have plenty of length if you're going to mount the control unit a distance from the fan.
