Leaving this review to help others as YOUR SEARCH IS OVER: these are perfect for what I wanted! Exactly as shown in the photos and as I wanted: they do look like lower denier tights over legs, rather than fleece lined leggings (I’m sure that if you didn’t know you would not see the difference). They fit amazingly well (I’m size 8-10, 5 foot 5) but they’d be good for those a little taller too. Amazingly soft and comfortable, and as wanted, super WARM. brilliant for winter/autumn styling with skirts and boots. The only con, but nothing that concerns me, is that the seem at the ankle where the fleece ends (the feet are not fleece lined), is kind of visible, but I’ll be wearing with chunky boots so it won’t be a problem.
