Review: A great help - I'm really happy with my purchase of the XLS Medical Fat Binder and I am about to purchase another pack. I found it to be a great support for my diet. Over 7 weeks I lost just over a stone and, whilst I'm sure this had a lot to do with the fact that I was (generally!) careful with what I ate, the XLS Medical Fat Binder definitely helped. I really felt like they gave me the edge, gave me more momentum, an advantage. When I had the occasional lapse, I didn't just give up on my diet like I normally would. I knew that 25% of the fat in my drunken kebab had been soaked up by the tablets and so it wasn't such a bad lapse, so I didn't give up. Like many reviewers, I took 1 at breakfast, 2 at lunch and 3 for dinner (instead of 2:2:2 as recommended) because I found my evening meal to be much fattier than lunch whilst my breakfast is virtually fat free. However I disagree with many reviewers saying that you need remember to take them for every meal otherwise the whole day is lost if you miss one set. The tablets work on the meal that you have just eaten, and nothing else. Therefore if you have a banana for breakfast and you don't take your tablets after, don't worry, it was only a banana, and the next set of tablets will work on your lunch once you take them after you have your lunch. As for side effects, I suffered none. In fact, toilet-wise things improved and flatulence reduced. This would have partly been because of the improvement in my diet, but I believe this was also to do with the tablets. **Q: do they work**
A: The have certainly worked for me. I have used them in conjunction with a well know slimming group and have lost almost two stone in 6 months. I am really pleased and have never had any side effects either.

**Q: How is this item delivered? Ive found these products being sent cheaply just in blister packs and I am concerned that they might not be genuine?**
A: I receive in box and I lose 10 pounds in first month with this diet snip.li/CVo and this product. Diet is equally important and this product with proper diet works like charm.

**Q: Are they Keto friendly?**
A: I don't have the packaging any more to look at the composition. However, as a fat binder I would have thought no, since keto works on allowing an amount of fat in the diet and discouraging carbohydrates.

**Q: How long exercise  i have to do everyday when i take the xls medical fat binder**
A: The more exercise the better … and always stick to a healthy diet … otherwise they do not do a thing.

Have been taking for only a week along side a good diet and their fat belly tablets, and to be truthful I ain't lost a lbs, I've just maintained my weight, now normally it's the first week you see good weight loss, I've still got 3 more weeks worth to take but to be truthful I'm joining a fitness class now so won't know if its the tabs or exercise, I wouldn't buy again I feel it's a waste of money, BUT a friend has been taking raspberry keystone and colon cleaners and has lost 5lbs in a week I've read the reviews and its half and half lol but a lot cheaper than this so I think when I've finished with this I will try the raspberry one out, read up of that one before you waste your money with this. Hope this helps you, as first time I've wrote a review but felt I had to as saves your money at end of day, and I've wasted so much on things that don't bloody work,
