The product was returned in the exact condition I received it – defective but undamaged. Despite this, I only received a meager refund of £69, meaning they deceitfully pocketed £300 of my hard-earned money. I am extremely angry and upset by this entire experience. This level of dishonesty is unacceptable, and it’s shocking that desertcart allows such fraudulent behavior from sellers. I spent a whopping £369 on this item, only to find out it is completely useless and does not perform as advertised. It fails to deliver on any of its promises, making it a total waste of money. To add insult to injury, when I attempted to return the product, the seller had the audacity to lie to Amazon, claiming that the item was returned damaged. This is an outright falsehood.
