However I put this down to placebo effect. But it's been a few days now and I am definitely feeling better, coughing and wheezing much, much less. Sleeping through the night again, easily. And due to being super busy at work, I have not even been very regular with the use of it. I'm sure with more regular use, as recommended I will see even greater benefits. Therefore I heartily recommend this product to anyone in a similar position. The benefits of Himalayan salt are easy to research online - though there are some caveats too.
