I thought there was no maintenance required.** A: I must be honest I sent my shredder back as it kept switching after 5 sheets. If you want to lubricate your shredder, don't buy shredder sheets, in my humble opinion they are a scam. Take an ordinary sheet of A4 and some vegetable oil, sprinkle the oil over the paper and allow it soak in, then put the paper through the shredder.The reason for using vegetable oil is that it is non-flammable. **Q: My shredder stopped working after 10 pages, I can only use reverse. How I can proces new replacament under warranty** A: go to where you got it from **Q: Does this really shred credit cards or will it jam, how many bits of paper can it take at one time and what plug does it have?** A: I haven’t tried to shred credit cards, but I do think it will do it. It was clear that I was not the first person this shredder had been delivered to because the shredder was not well packaged in its own box. The shredder does, however, work well and is entirely capable of the shredding people need within a household. Unlike many shredders the box into which the shredded paper goes is not the entire base of the item which makes for easy transfer of the shredded paper to a rubbish bag or straight into a wheeley bin.
