I suffer from bad hayfever and rhinitis all year as I am allergic to various pollens and house dust mites. I have fexofenadine on prescription, plus a steroid nasal spray and eye drops as I need to take them all when y allergies are bad. When I ordered this, I think the winter allergies in the house had been getting worse as the weather meant less fresh air in the house, lots of heating and house dust mites breeding and no sunlight killing stuff. I was suffering with constant sneezing and runny nose - generally feeling quite awful. Even the fexofenadine (strong antihistamine) was not enough on its own and I was having to take the nasal spray as well. As soon as I started taking these Vogel ones, I have been able to stop my other prescribed allergy medicines and I am hardly suffering at all - just a little in the morning before I take the dose and it kicks it. I’m also not even taking the maximum dose - just morning and evening. I am so impressed with these- they’ve really worked for me, I know it’s not working for everyone. Only saw this on the packaging when it arrived. **Q: Do you swallow these whole with water, or suck/chew as with conventional homeopathy** A: You can do either.
