You can use it to train your legs or arms. Light weight and easy to store. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Nice Looking Machine which Serves the Purpose *by J***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 20 January 2017* Purchased as part of a regime to help lower blood pressure. Had difficulty selecting the right machine when faced with so much choice. In the end, I based it on a set of criteria - price, weight, colour. Firmly believe too cheap machines are unlikely to be effective/quickly develop faults. Also really expensive machines are only relevant if you are really looking for power pushing and weight loss rather than relatively gentle regular exercise. Having said that the tension can be adjusted for more 'intense' cycling. It is important for a machine to be weighty enough so that it does not slide around and this does the job. I use it on the carpet and have absolutely no problem with it sliding or moving around. For a frail person it would be too weighty to lift up onto a table for hand/arm exercise. I can do it but am unlikely to do it much as the purpose of purchasing this machine was to provide regular 10 mins exercise sessions 3/4 times a day and for that legs are fine. Chose black as it goes with anything and looks fine in my lounge. The only slight gripe that I have is that I would have liked the pedals to be slightly wider but they are probably sized the same on most machines.
