**Q: Is this septic tank friendly?**
A: Yes. Aqua Kem Green is ecological and 100% safe for the septic tank. One dose of Aqua Kem Blue lasts up to five days and one dose of Aqua Kem Green up to four.

**Q: What is the difference between this "aqua kem" and "aqua kem blue" also by thetford?**
A: Hi Robert, It's the same product listed twice, just a difference in titles on Amazon. This IS the aqua kem blue fluid.

**Q: Can I use this in my toilet (ordinary house loo)**
A: You don't need to use Aqua Chem in a household toilet. Aqua Chem is used in a Motorhome/Caravan toilet cassette to break down what ends up in there - then you ultimately empty it. A household toilet flushes away the deposits into the sewer.

**Q: Can you use in a commode**
A: I take it you mean a house-chair type of commode for ill or infirm persons.  Suppose you could but the idea of this product is to cover the waste within a closed toilet cassette or possibly a portapoti type toilet so that you do not have a major infection hazard or smell, when you cannot get the toilet emptied for anything up to 3 days.  Within a motorhome toilet it gets well mixed by travel movement and aides breaking down the waste.  It is great for causing stains so don't even think of spilling it.  I use it in my motorhome cassette toilet and wouldn't use any other product.
