How to describe the smell... well, it's musky and slightly zesty when you first apply it, but after having been left on for a while, the base note comes in which smells a mixture of floral and sweet (but not sweet in an off-putting way. This is also perhaps not the best description, but it's as close as I can describe). It is a VERY CLASSY fragrance... and it smells expensive. But best of all? IT LASTS! Yes, I'm not kidding when I say, I sprayed this on during the day once, then when I went to sleep and woke up the next day, I could still smell the lovely fragrance! It smelled wonderful! It's such a glorious fragrance to wake up to. Now this is NOT a full replacement for Charlie Black as they do not smell exactly the same, however, it's glorious in it's own right.
