I like to mix myine with coconut water for a lovely drink. The reason I only give it 4 starts is because it's not really a pre-workout. The caffeine isn't high enough and it's missing essential amino acids and ingredients I would expect to see in a pre-workout. That being said, if you are caffeine sensitive, just looking for something that tastes great and will keep you alert, or you do light to moderate workouts this would be a good choice.
