However a flexible concertina tube with a special attachment can be fitted to this exit hole so that the damp air can be vented for example though an open window or door. In our case the back of the dryer is facing a wall but when in use we place the concertina tube through and open door so that it vents to the outside. **Q: What do I need to fit, in terms of plumbing (do I need any?) and vent (Do I need space behind machine? Must hose go outside?)** A: Hi, You dont need any plumbing, just an electric socket less than 2 metres away , or an extension lead as the dryer lead is quite short. There is a vent hole at the back and if you buy a vent kit you just push and turn to fit it. You will need about 20 - 30cm of space at the back if you are fitting a vent kit. It doesnt have to go outside but it is recommended otherwise your room will get damp and hot, but if your dryer is near an open window then that would probably suffice if you dont dry too much **Q: how much does it cost to run per hour?** A: The white knight dryer costs 26p per hour to run hope this is helpful **Q: Is this tumble dryer on wheels or feet ? As the saying go's if it works, why fix it. It is still small, quiet and works well and the price is reasonable too. All in all a very good buy. The only lack is its weight as with a heavy load on a smoth surface some movment can occure but nothing too serious. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good little tumble drier, just make sure you have someone to help you carry it *by C***E on 5 November 2015* Nothing wrong with the tumble drier, it's just what I needed to replace a similar but ancient one. It works well, quiet & efficient. I like the reverse action, this prevents the clothes getting tangled into a ball. I was not happy with the fact that the delivery man plonked it in my porch doorway and stood and watched as I struggled to move it into my house on my own (I'm a 55 year old woman not a body builder) while he waited for me to sign for the package.
