If the 500mg magnesium bisglycinate claim is true, the max yield is 70.5mg. you would need 709mg of magnesium. Magnesium oxide has a 60% yield. It is not on the label. They are selling you cheap magnesium buffered with laxative and slipping through via regulatory enforcement laxity and in some cases loopholes.
