When I learnt more about the good that cod liver oil can do for developing children I looked for a supplement that would be clean in make up. This is the one that gave me most confidence. It is not the cheapest, but it is definitely the best. My kids are now both adults and they still seem to be happy taking this. The smell is minimal and doesn't seem to bother them. It is easy to swallow but both boys just chew them which shows they are not impacted by taste of smell. This helps with cognitive development especially for memory.
