Hailed as a superfood for the 21st century, quinoa seemed the perfect addition to our family’s farm when we discovered it a decade ago. Little did we know quite where it would lead! It’s taken many years of research but we finally cracked it, enabling us to produce a fantastic British grown product. Our quinoa makes a great alternative to rice, couscous and pasta. A staple in both salad and ambient grain ranges, where it is often used for grain’s excellent nutritional value and unique texture. Sustainability is at the heart of what we do, aiming to reduce food miles and increase traceability. We hope you love this product as much as we do!

Directions








Rinse one cup of quinoa in a sieve under cold running water. Place into a pan, along with one and half cups of water, adding any salt or flavourings that you like. Bring to the boil, before reducing the heat to low and placing the lid on the pan. The quinoa is ready once all of the water has been absorbed.
