He was left looking like his body hadn't even been groomed, yet his face looked tiny after all the fur had been trimmed around his nose, mouth and ears. Quite frankly, he looked out of proportion and I was upset, so something needed to be done. Upon receiving the clippers, I charged it up like instructed to do. The product came in a small box, with 4 different sized clipping guards, a small brush and a charger. I did not receive a scissors or comb, like the picture shows, so I was a little bit disappointed. I had never groomed my dog before so it was a new experience to me. The small instruction manual helped me understand what I was doing. I was pleasantly surprised t how quiet the clippers were once I got started. My small dog is very timid but with the low noise, he felt really at ease. After the groom he looked so much better. It was really easy to use and I had no problems at all. I had to stop occasionally to clear the fur out of the clippers, but that's normal and to be expected.
