I have been mouth taping for a while and couldn't find the right tape for me. It either didn't stick throughout the night, or it gave me eczema. I decided to try this and it works wonders. The material isn't uncomfortable, it's not too tight (I am extremely claustrophobic), and it works! It gives my jaw something to rest against so it doesn't hang open and it definitely promotes nose breathing. I am a back and side sleeper and it supports me in any position. My only complaint is that I couldn't purchase it amazon prime so it took weeks to get to me.
