Indeed they are easier to use on tubed tyres as the valve stems will be metal/rigid. What was delivered was FOBO Bike 2 (as per the picture), not FOBO Bike 1 (as per the description). Until you pointed it out, I'd never noticed that the description and part number were wrong. The delivered pack is marked FOBO Bike 2, Model TM1802, Part No FM2410. I find it really useful as I can check if I need to pump up my tyres before I get out of bed in the morning rather than scrabbling about on the garage floor. I did have a problem that one of the sensors was faulty, in that it was consuming a battery every 6-8 weeks. The other looks as if it will last at least a year. Gives me a reminder for my bike tyre pressures, which is great.Easy to fit and set up. They are quite big and not cosmetically great, but I have Black wheels so the caps do blend in. Its a great idea and we had no problem installing it on one scooter, but had real problems with one sensor for the motorbike. 2 hours later after trying to link it, it suddenly it started working. Unfortunately 8 months later it stopped again. Changed the battery, which was dead, but it still refused to work. Luckily I had bought it from Amazon, so a phone call later a replacement was arranged.I think we might also not bother with the anti lock nut as this is a real nuisance when you need to pump up the tyre, as both kids managed to lose the spanner.
