Wagyu Drywors 100g is a premium dried sausage (droewors) made from F1 Wagyu beef and South African spices filled in a lamb casing and dried to perfection. Our Wagyu Drywors and Biltong is made from the finest British F1 Wagyu - a 50% cross Japanese Wagyu and Aberdeen Angus beef. Wagyu beef is high in Omega 3 and Omega 6 fats and has a high content of monounsaturated fats. The cattle we use for our Wagyu products are fed 'beer' and regularly massaged the traditional Japanese way to provide a top quality meat. We produce our biltong and drywors with the same respect and desire to create the best quality biltong indicative of this prime beef. Wagyu fat is liquid at room temperature and does not leave a waxy feel on the pallet.

Rich beefy flavour. Worth trying 1 pack 1st
These are very beefy in flavour. Quite rich. I pived them, my wife prefers standard beef. Small amount as stated, but worth it if you enjoy rich beef flavours.

Not what i expected
Being South African, i expected the drywors to be soft, and easy to eat.Unfortunately it was very dry and felt like i was eating stale food. It was nearly crunchy, not nice at all. for the price i paid, i would have expected better quality. with it being airtight, i would have expected it to be fresh, but just didnt seem ti at all. I wont be buying this again which is a shame.

Very nice
They do taste pretty nice but I think they are a bit too expensive for what they are and would be happier with more usual stuff
