Also make sure you have a wet belly and wet back of the belt so you don't electrocute yourself. Instructions are very clear on how it works and it is quite powerful. After you have completed a program it moves on to the next one next time you go on. Also cuts the power when it leaves your skin and shuts off automatically when the time limit finishes :) My belly feels a little firmer already and I've only been using it a few times. For the first week you can only use it once a day.
