It then tells you, having waited 2 hours for it to warm up, to switch it off and wait another half an hour or so until the temperture falls to 50C - but there is no way to maintain that temperature or to test that it has been reached. It was also supplied with a European plug, which is not permissible under the UK code. When I asked the suppliers for help, they simply told me that I could order the UK plug version at another location on the web site. They did not address the temperature issue.
