Review: ... to this supplement -but I am taking sooo many good things at the moment - and feeling so good ... - Swift delivery - I wish I could isolate a response to this supplement -but I am taking sooo many good things at the moment - and feeling so good generally - I can't tell which is doing what ! I take CoQ10 and PQQ and astaxanthin and fish oil - and sometimes a brain boosting nootropic complex - and coffee on tues and sats -(I'm avoiding addiction and reaping the anti alzheimers effects of the caffeine - and enjoying the effect - which I definitely can isolate - in fact I have just had the sat dose and can't wrench my fingers from the lap top keys...........as you may have noticed ! I take the rhodiola before my exercise class 3 times a week - these classes are before midday - I don't take it before an evening class I take because I feel it might interfere with my sleep - and I would say that is my least energetically available class - so no rhodiola but it's also the end of the day -so its hard to be objective -this particular make seems pure and unadulterated -has good reviews -and is from the UK - I'm not using it for its mood or anti anxiety enhancing effects -they are a welcome if they occur - I take them for energy - if in time I can report a particular response from this herb -I will be glad to do so -it would be good to know if its a reliably useful thing to take

**Q: Could you let me know the rosavins and salidrosides percentage content please?**
A: Our Simply Pure Rhodiola Rosea is Organically produced and is Certified and Approved by the Soil Association of Great Britain.
During this certification process it is checked that no fertilisers or pesticides have been used in its production so that you can be sure that it is Pure.
We do not test each batch for its organic makeup as this would put the price up prohibitively and we want to offer good value.
When companies process supplements to get exact amounts of any particular ingredient they have to use chemicals to extract or increase what they want to achieve.
This would not then be able to be sold as Organic and Pure.

**Q: How can you print it as vegan capsule without explicitly stating what it is made from? Isn't that completely illegal?**
A: Our Capsules are all made from HPMC which comes from pine trees and is completely Vegan. 
If you look under Important Information - Ingredients it tells you: organic rhodiola rosea powder HPMC capsule
They are Vegan and as Pure as we can get.
