It does exactly what is says. I’ve been using it now for two months and the redness on the particular parts of the skin on my face has reduced dramatically. I love this stuff!!

I like having Azelaic Acid in my routine due to inflammatory erythema. I have only used this for a week, so I don't notice a difference yet. I do notice that it slightly pills in the morning when I use my sunscreen with it. I've tried different sunscreens and it all does the same, so I believe it is this product. I like the lightweight/creamy feel of it on my skin and I'm anxious to see if it helps. I'll just only use it at night or when I'm not leaving the house during the day!

I have EXTREMELY sensitive skin. I get red patches, acne, and stress breakouts. Most skin care brands I found honestly just irritate my face even more, but this has been fantastic. I see immediate results after use. I use the Inkey List Oat Cleanser Balm once in the morning and once at night. After use, I use the Inkey List Azeleic Acid treatment and then the urea moisturizer. These 3 in combination have kept my face completely clear. I highly reccommend trying. Ive tried so many other products (expensive ones at that) and the price for this skin care brand is affordable, especially for something that actually works better than the expensive stuff!

Helps even out my redness. Would like more product in the bottle given the price.

I've used the product twice and the bottle is empty. Not worth the $18 I paid foe it. Save your money.

Did nothing for rosacea with redness and bumps ... honestly, it made his face far more red. Careful if you are looking to use this on irritated rosacea ... I would look for something else.
