I always thought it was just a device for quickly supressing facial swelling. Turns out it does a lot more than that. I use it to relieve under-eye bags and swelling and treat sinus pressure and headaches. Both my optometrist and ENT instructed me to use cold compresses to relieve sinus pressure and pain, and to relieve dry, burning, irritated eyes. The endswell works well for both, esepecially when I alternate betweeb the endswell and warm compresses.
