The digital numbers show the current temp and humidity by default. If you press the bottom right hand side Min/Max button the digital figures show the Max Temp and humidity reached. Press it again and the Minimum Temp and Humidity are shown. Press again and you return to the current figures or leave and within a few seconds it returns to current Temp/Hum. If during this process you also press the 'Clear' button in the top bottom right hand side it will clear the Max or Min figures or both. The third button is for C or F. Hope this helps. **Q: Does this product come pre-calibrated?** A: Yes .There is no provision for calibrating. At this price you are getting an indication rather than a truly accurateinstrument . **Q: I have bought this item, However I have doubts on accuracy of reading. Does anyone has checked it's accuracy?** A: Hi i have cross referneced against a digital Hydometer dual temperature probe (Testo 625 )The Therma Hydrometer reads approx 3 degree low on temp and 4% high on humidity.I didn't buy this as a precision instrument but purly to providr at a glance Reletive Humidity levels. **Q: This item was not delivered.** A: No but you easily find one for a fridge or freezer. I have one myself.
