**Q: what is the max weight anyone has used this strap with? Can it hold 50lbs without tearing or becoming uncomfortable?**
A: If you are lifting 50 lbs or heavier, it might be a good idea to go with a strap that does not have velcro. It would like two metal d-rings that you would clip to the cable machine.This strap should work as well... but it is mainly meant for light to medium weight.

**Q: can this be used without cable machine? or how to use this at home without another device?**
A: I’ve never used it any other way but with a cable machine.

**Q: I'm a big girl. Will these fit on larger ankles? What's the biggest they fit?**
A: They are designed to expand so they fit S, M & L ankles

Is extremely comfortable even with heavy weight! Does the job perfectly for kickbacks/leg kicks on the cable machine and goes tight enough for my ankles which are pretty small, meaning it dosn't slip up my leg when lifting. I would highly recomend and will be recomending to people i know :)
