Growing up in high school I pretty much felt the same. However, I gave in and lost 4 stone. I was originally 11 stone in year 9 and I went down to 7 stone going cold turkey. I have a hip condition which caused me to gain so much weight as I couldn’t walk properly! I wish I had the strength Libby had!! I’m now a mum and I’m still quite big but now I know im me!
