It arrived 12 days early. Hayes were extremely helpful when I called them with an enquiry. So thank you for your attention, Martin. The guitar was well packaged and came with a carry case and an Allen key for the truss rod (the neck is perfectly straight). I bought this as a second to keep handy for those moments when I suddenly get ideas. It is perfect for that. It is light and has a beautiful satin finish. As it is a smaller than standard instrument it would be perfect for people with small hands although I haven’t encountered any problems with lack of space for my fingers. It has a good tone and is very well built. My Fender acoustic has some competition at recording time. A good guitar at a very good price. Review: Bought mine as a scratch-n-dent model. Couldn’t find a scratch or dent on it! Really nice size, and easy to play. Good tone.
