It is nothing more than a sticker stuck onto the cup that will come off after one simple wash. I requested a return & received a rather rude reply. I purchased this cup for my wedding which said “the bride” on it. I asked for a refund after a few emails back and forth and didn’t even get a reply. If I wanted a cup with a sticker on it, I could’ve done it myself and paid less than half! Buyers beware!
