Quick delivery and item as shown, all in all, great service. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Different item than expected *by B***7 on 28 March 2024* We live in a hard scale area and this tends to make life difficult especially where sealing surfaces are concerned. I have had problems with these seals (and other parts of these cistern types) for some time, although their replacement is quite easy once done for the first time. On this particular occasion I expected to receive the black rubber (I believe) seal but instead received what appears to be a white nylon/polypropylene item, but exactly the same otherwise. As it was labelled as suitable for Ideal Standard (my cistern)/Armitage Shanks flush mechanisms I have fitted it, with good results so far. I've given it four stars as, from past experience it needs sometime to pass before coming to a definite conclusion as to its sealing properties.
