Review: Excellent quality;fun for my dog; excellent customer service - My dog LOVES this puzzle feeder! I have a beagle for whom food is one of the things she craves most! She also needs lots of mental stimulation. This puzzle is great! It took her a couple of times using it to figure out that she has to tap the top with her paws to get the kibble out to outer rings and then flip open the little containers on the outer ring with her nose to get to the kibble. She still takes a while to eat from it, which is really good as if I just give her a bowl of food, she eats so fast that she just throws up! This slows down the eating considerably and solves THAT problem! She spends a couple of minutes after all the kibble is gone tapping it and checking to make sure she got ALL the kibble out! This product is very sturdy (my dog is kind of rough with stuff like this) and the suction tabs they send with this really do work on my kitchen floor. I used it at first without the suction cups, but my dog just batted this all over the kitchen. With the suction cups, it stays in place no matter how hard she bats at it. Besides the suction cups, they also include an extra little cover in case the dog manages to tear one of the covers to the little outer ring cups off. I just rinse this with hot water with my kitchen faucet on the sprayer selection. If there are areas that need a little dish soap, I just put that on them and spray with hot water to rinse. I had a question about something that came with my puzzle, so I contacted the seller by email and received a reply the same day. Not only was the reply prompt, it was not a “canned” reply-clearly a PERSON actually READ my email and responded with a direct answer to my question! If you have a dog that needs a little stimulation while inside during the winter or on a rainy day, or a dog that needs to slow down their eating (or both), I highly recommend this puzzle feeder! You could also put small treats in this instead of kibble if you prefer.

**Q: Will a cat be able to use this?**
A: We also have cats, and they are not powerful enough to push down the middle that lets the food out. We have two small dogs that are 6-8 lbs, and they both have to use both front paws and jump on it to put it down. However, they love it and spend lots of time playing with it. There is another product by the same seller that makes a puzzle toy that is called a beginning toy, I also have this one, and our cat can play with it and get food out easily. **Q: Can the product be disassembled for washing?**
A: I use disinfectant wipes and q tips. The only way to take it apart is to disassemble by unscrewing 2 screws on the bottom.

**Q: Would this work for a 14 lb 4 year old dog?**
A: Yes, we have a 10lb dog that is 4 years old, and she has no problem with it. However, instead of pushing it she scratches at it and seems to get food out of it.

**Q: I have a senior chihuahua mutt and she has wobbly back legs. Do they have to push on the top really hard? How much pressure is needed?**
A: I have a 60lb Aussie that loves this puzzle and has no issues getting the kibble out.  I believe a chihuahua “could” get it if she could learn to use both front paws.  However if she is just too wobbly on her back legs to push with both front legs it “could” be an issue.

Good quality. Easy set up and use. The slip resistant pads didn’t work. Lasted 4 minutes for our 5mo lab puppy to figure it out and clear the whole thing so we won’t be keeping it
