I diluted it in cold green tea, to increase bitterness, and supress the sweetener taste, but it is still there. Taste has been very consistent the past few months. Works well for my goals. Update: I’ve been getting inconsistencies between orders. Different size containers with slightly larger scoops. Taste is different too. Still using it for now. Original Review: I had been looking for a whey protein that didn't hurt my stomach. In the past I had to stick to plant based. I saw a video of Mark Wahlberg mentioning the products and I was intrigued by the digestive enzymes that were included as well as the green tea.
