Coconut is, of course, gluten free and, as a result, I use a lot of coconut products when cooking and baking - coconut flour, desiccated coconut, coconut oil, coconut butter, coconut milk and coconut water - I use them all. This butter is very pleasant and I especially like the fact that it seems to remain quite soft, certainly softer than other butters I have tried. This means that I don't have to insert the jar into a bowl of boiling water to melt it before use. Maybe come winter the butter will harden? I am not sure. This product is also reasonably priced when compared to other coconut butters.
