At the price I got them they were reasonably good value too. My issue is that they are inevitably going to be overpriced - it's the convenience that you're paying for. Exactly the same results can be obtained by combining rolled oats (Jumbo Oats are not the best as they take too long to adsorb the water) two teaspoons of instant milk powder and sugar / sweetner to taste.
