I couldn't wait to get to work on my latest model -- a J-Class sailboat for those who might care -- and headed out to my garage to paint. As soon as I opened the package, I was impressed by the quality of the Paasche. I power it from a large compressor so have no issues with air pressure. I experimented with pressures between 20 and 40 psi using thinned acrylic enamel. I discovered that the airgun atomized the paint very well and laid down a nice even pattern. It was easy to set up, easy to hold and a great little gun. I like the paint jar-siphon setup with this airbrush better than the paint cup-gravity setup on the Raven. I have no doubt this airbrush will last a good long time and I am sure I will continue to be very happy with it. It is quite simple in design with very little that can go wrong with it.
